Why not 7 - Glad Howard
This is seventh in the What if, Why not series where the boundaries of the the
media, fabric, and the,technique, patchwork and quilting, are explored.Layers of
paint on dark fabric created unexpected colours and textures. Playing around with
values suggested depth.
• Cotton,acrylic paints and inks
• The whole patchwork top of dark fabrics was machine quilted and then covered
with multiple layers of paint and ink
