Wabi-Sabi Chiku-Chiku Boro - Tricia Smout

Vintage fabrics, purchased in a ˜pot luck”
bag, were cut, assembled and stitched
(chiku-chiku) in trains and hotel rooms
during a Japanese holiday, so nothing was
ever quite straight (wabi-sabi)! The pink
patches represent the cherry-blossom
highlights of the trip.
