Windy Way, Margaret Shingles

The circles and swirls was enough to remind me of leaves. Adding a
windy quilted background was how I designed a windy day.

I used matching thread throughout to highlight the fabric.To hold the
applique in place I use Heat&Bond light fussible bonding.
