Qld Quilters Retreat for 2025 will be a celebration of our 5^th Retreat, with a new location at the beautiful Porters at Plainland, just off the Warrego Highway about 1 hour west from Brisbane. 

This retreat is about you, you are free to stitch anything you would like or just sit back and enjoy fellow stitchers’ company.

Porters at Plainland you can check out at https://www.portersplainland.com.au/, the function room is beautiful and will be limited to 25 so once again it will be first in with registration and deposit, or full payment.

Your accommodation is an amazing room.  All rooms are fully air conditioned, tea and coffee making facilities including a small fridge, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi

• For single – king size bed with en-suite bathroom
• For Twin share – two long single beds with en-suite bathroom
• Access to the Function room (9am Friday until about 4pm Sunday) is a very short walk, you do not have to even leave the building.  We have allocated one trestle table per person. 

All Meals will be served in the function room at tables dedicated to meals.  Alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar.

• Morning and Afternoon Tea each day with a Tea/Coffee Station

Friday 7th

• Lunch and Dinner
• Accommodation Friday night

Saturday 8th

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
• Accommodation Saturday night

Sunday 9^th (only Morning tea this day)

• Breakfast and Lunch.

Two Night Accommodation (Friday and Saturday) and Meals (If you are Gluten intolerant there may be an extra charge, this can be advised on request).

• Single   –   $660.00 (only 7 rooms)
• Family Suite   –   $540.00 (1 room for 2, extra area with a lounge)
• Family Room Price on request –  this is a two-bedroom apartment.
• Deluxe Suite/Mobility Assess Price on request – this room has a King Bed or two singles.

Deposit or full payment is due on booking, (final payment will be required by 31 August 2025)
